Recently, an all-cargo airplane of China Postal Airlines loaded with 17 tons of cross-border e-commerce commodities departed from Yiwu Airport and flew to Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Manila, the Philippines. The Yiwu-Manila international cargo course line is the first international cargo course line to Manila established by China Postal Airlines Co., Ltd.
The Yiwu-Manila international cargo course line is jointly operated by Yiwu Land Port Air Freight Co., Ltd, a subsidiary of International Land Port Group, and China Post under the guidance of China Post Group Corporation and CPC Yiwu Municipal Committee and Yiwu Municipal Government. The aircraft in service is Boeing B737-800F. The flight plans to operate 3 times a week, on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, and will adjust to 5 times a week later depending on the actual circumstances.
After the opening of this course line, the surplus resources and transportation capacity of the existing international cargo course lines of Yiwu Airport will be fully integrated to improve the utilization of the flight time of the on-site planes of China Postal Airlines and the parking stands, and effectively reduce the flight operation costs, so as to further provide easier and faster logistics services for the majority of cross-border e-commerce enterprises in Yiwu. |
