On July 31, the main building of the Yiwu Women and Children Activity Center successfully completed topping out with the final concrete pour, marking the entry into a new phase of construction for this important platform benefiting women, children, and families across the city.
Located on the east side of Nanshan Road and Huangyuan Road intersection in Jiangdong Subdistrict, Yiwu Women¡¯s and Children¡¯s Activity Center is adjacent to the Yiwu Art School and the Yiwu University for the Elderly. With a total land area of 10,836.38 square meters and a total construction area of 23,695.58 square meters, the project also includes 172 parking spaces (14 ground spaces and 158 underground spaces) and a 30% green space ratio, ensuring a good ecological environment.
With a total investment of 141,554,600 yuan, the project is being managed by the Urban Investment Group. The main construction content includes public service facilities for women and children, underground parking lots, outdoor comprehensive pipelines, and outdoor roads and other ancillary facilities. Since the start of construction in late July last year, various works have progressed smoothly, with the aim of putting the center into use in July 2025. |
