| ¡°China-European Railway Express + Bonded¡± - A New Way for the Export of Small Commodities |

On September 10, a container truck full of ceramic cups, Christmas decorations and other small commodities slowly drove out of Yiwu Bonded Logistics Center after the supervision and sealing of Yiwu Customs. The commodities would be transferred to Yiwu Railway port right then and be exported to Turkey by China-European Railway Express (Yiwu) three days later.
The commodities were declared for export by Yitong Europe Logistics Co., Ltd., and sent to Yiwu Bonded Logistics Center from Yangshan Free Trade Zone in the method of ¡°inter-area circulation¡±, and then be exported by China-European Railway Express through trans-customs transportation.
According to statistics, from January to August this year, the £¦#118alue of small commodities exported by Yiwu Bonded Logistics Center through China-European Railway Express was 499 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 219.9%.
In order to extend the function of ¡°bonded +¡± by exploring the superposition with the function of China-European Railway Express, Yiwu Customs has continuously optimized the supervision measures to realize the mutual extension of the supervision functions of the customs. More specifically, the customs has been continuously improving the efficiency of customs clearance of export goods by guiding enterprises to make good use of policies such as bonded warehousing and distribution and tax refund upon entering the zone, giving more details to the measures such as 7*24 hours appointment customs clearance and instant inspection, and setting up transferring and sealing areas and loading areas. |
