Do I have to register with Yiwu Market before I can use
the Order Basket?
Yes. registration is required to use the Order Basket, if you
are not a registered user, you can’t see the product’s
price, can’t use the Order Basket and can’t send order
to us.
What is the Order Basket?
Think of the Order Basket as a shopping cart where you can put
an unlimited number of products in which you are interested. and
think of you are visiting in China Yiwu Market and placing order,
when you find which item you are interested in, you can put them
in the Order Basket first, continue searching for more products,
when the quantity is enough, then send all your products as one
order to us at the same time.
How does the Order Basket work?
1. On your search results pages, click
, which under the picture. select the products you wish to order.
2. Click the dark blue Add to Basket button.
Your selected items will automatically be stored in the Order
Basket.
3. When add the products into the order basket, at the same time,
create a proforma invoice for your order.
4. You can view the goods volume and value anytime by clicking
on "Calculate"button.
How long will the Order Basket store my items for?
Items in the Inquiry Basket will remain there until you:
• Send an order about the items to us (click the “confirm
the order” button which under the proforma invoice).
Once sent, the items are automatically cleared from your Order
Basket
• No select the item(s) in the Order Basket( proforma invoice)
and click on "Calculate"button, will
cancel this item.
• Click the "Order Cancelling”
button which under the proforma invoice.
• Clicking on the "Order cancelling"
button.
• Close the the website and browser.
How do I order?
1.At first, login with your ID.
2.Select the items which you are interested in, then Click the
button Add to Basket, at the same time, create
a proforma invoice for your order. please fill in the target quantity.(
the minimal quantity is 1 carton, some items can be order by dozens,
such as artificial Jewelry….,but we can’t accept 1pcs,2pcs…
…)
3.Continue the 2nd step.(you can view the goods volume and value
anytime by clicking on "Calculate"
button.)
4.You can see the product’s detail by click the item No.
on the invoice. if you want cancel which item, please No select
the item(s),and click on "Calculate"
button, then will cancel this item.
5.If the goods volume enough to you need, click the “confirm
the order” button, the order will be sent to us.
Can I view the products I have selected?
When you are visiting our market and ordering, you can view the
products which you have select in the Order Basket by clicking
the button “Order Basket”,and you
can see the item detail by click the iten No..
Can I view the orders I have sent? Are they saved in the
Order Basket?
Once an order has been sent, at the same time,it will be saved
at your E-Office and our Order Managing Center. but no kept in
your basket again.
How do I know the goods volume and value before sending
the orders?
Anytime during you ordering, You can view total volume and value
of he goods by clicking on "Calculate"
button.
